Answer: Please send us your drawing if you have your own design lighting cover/diffuser, then we will open new tool/molding for you.
On another hand, Some samples are available to send you for choice if you would like to use our existed led light covers.
2), How do we guarantee that your covers/diffuser is precise?
Answer: Our professional technical team would review your lighting cover dimension and drawing, also your samples if you have, then we will make tooling and produce cover sample for your reference, if it is not able to match, we would modify the tooling till it is completely fit your lighting fixture.
3), What if something goes broken with your product?
Please contact us immediately within 7 days after you received goods. and take photos to send us, we would make new and send it to you.
4), How do we update our new products?
Our new products would be release on Twitter and website, include coextrusion for led lighting without aluminum.
5), How many days for leads time?
Normally, lead time is 7 days within 10,000 meters, if peak time, it would be within 15 days
